Exchanges & Store Credit

Please notify us of any concerns upon receiving your order.
You have 15 days from delivery to request an exchange or store credit.
To qualify, items must be returned in original condition: unworn, with packaging intact.
Vault Collection items are one-of-a-kind and therefore final sale—no returns or exchanges.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We will confirm receipt and process your exchange or credit within 2–3 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
